Returns & Exchanges

We edit hard before anything enters this space. If something still does not work for you, here is how we handle it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase date for a refund to the original payment method, provided the item meets the conditions below.

After 14 days, we accept returns only for items with a verified manufacturing defect or product issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions apply if the item arrived damaged, an incorrect item was shipped, or the return has been approved by our team due to a fulfillment error. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to help us resolve things quickly.

Final Sale

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All markdown or sale items.

• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage.

• Items not meeting the conditions outlined below.

Footwear

To remain eligible for return, shoes must be tried on indoors only. The original shoe box must be included and in good condition. Original tags must remain attached where applicable. Shoes must be unworn and in new condition.

Visible outsole wear or any signs of use make the item final sale.

Apparel

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Trying on is fine. Original tags must remain attached. Items must be free of stains, scents, pet hair, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.

Field Goods & Accessories

Items must be unused. Original packaging and tags must be included where applicable. Items must be returned in new condition.

Defective Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, reach out within a reasonable timeframe with your name and order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of what you are seeing.

All claims are assessed individually. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or damage resulting from intended use are not considered manufacturing defects.
