For the 001 we suggest taking 1/2 size (US) larger than your usual size.
For the 002 we suggest taking 1 full size (US) larger than your usual size.

norda's can easily be converted between men's and women's sizes:
W8.5 = M7, W9 = M7.5, W9.5 = M8, W10 = M8.5, W10.5 = M9, W11 = M9.5
M7 = W8.5, M7.5 = W9, M8 = W9.5, M8.5 = W10, M9 = W10.5, M9.5 = W11
